Service Description
Art Bar Setup & Launch – Service Description This service includes the on-site installation of your Art Bar and a full system launch. We set up the art station, stock all supplies, and make sure it’s ready for immediate guest use. The Art Bar is designed to be self-guided, so no staff training or instruction is required. Once installed, guests can walk up, grab supplies, and start painting on their own. Installation includes proper placement, supply setup, and an overview of how the system works. When we leave, your Art Bar is live and ready to use the same day. This service is required to activate an Art Bar subscription.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Overview The Art Bar Setup & Launch service includes the on-site installation and activation of an Art Bar system in the client’s business. This service prepares the Art Bar for immediate guest use. Installation is required to activate an Art Bar subscription. 2. Scheduling & Booking Installation dates are scheduled at least 7 days in advance through the booking calendar Full payment is required to reserve an installation date Installation dates are confirmed only after The Art Bar subscription is purchased. 3. What’s Included in Installation Placement and setup of the Art Bar station Initial setup of art supplies and materials Design and stencil books placed and organized Basic walkthrough of how the Art Bar system works Confirmation that the Art Bar is ready for same-day use No staff training or instruction is included, as the system is self-guided. 4. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide adequate space for the Art Bar prior to installation Ensure access to the space at the scheduled installation time Provide tables, surfaces, or furniture unless otherwise agreed Notify Clusterfunk Studios in advance of any access restrictions 5. Installation Time & Access Installations typically take 1–2 hours Client or authorized representative must be available at install time If access is denied or delayed beyond 30 minutes, the installation may be rescheduled 6. Rescheduling & Cancellations Installations may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice Same-day cancellations are non-refundable 7. Scope Limitations This service does not include: Custom furniture builds Electrical or structural modifications Deep cleaning or spill management Additional services are priced separately. 8. Damage & Liability Client is responsible for the Art Bar area once installation is complete Normal wear is expected Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in replacement fees 9. System Ownership & Use All systems, designs, and processes remain property of Clusterfunk Studios Installation does not grant permission to copy or recreate the Art Bar system Use is limited to the active subscription period 10. Acceptance Booking an installation date confirms agreement to this policy.
